Kindly read through our return policy carefully to understand how it works and ensure your return process is as seamless as possible. Terms for return include damaged or faulty items, exchange reasons, or any other valid reason.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. Tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and other details that may have been in the packaging must also be included upon return.
Ensure to request your return immediately within 30 days of receiving your order. It will also help to keep evidence of your reason for return where applicable.
Items must be returned unused and unworn. Items already used are not valid for return. Product labels should not be removed. Returned stained, missing tags, or used items will not be accepted and will be sent back to customers without issuing a refund.
Our warehouse staff checks each package before it leaves the warehouse, our team always makes sure all items are in perfect condition (not damaged or evidently used) before packaging any item. Our team will check each item carefully and will make sure the item is in perfect condition.
Please note that returning items may cost you. Returns are on customers and you should be able to handle all the charges from your end.
For exchange, ensure to return the item in perfect condition. After we receive the return package, we will issue you your refund. And if you would only like to change the size, kindly notify our customer service to assist you accordingly.
