One 7x5 oval shaped blue sapphire. Two 3.0mm round shaped diamonds. Total carat weight of blue sapphire: 1.10ct . Total carat weight of  diamonds: 0.80ct. *Please note the carat weights are approximate and may be subject to slight variations.
